How much does it cost?
Digital Planet charges by the hour for all computer support. We do provide discounts for businesses that purchase a maintenance package.

What is a Drive-Out evaluation?
We charge a flat rate of $75.00/hour with a one-hour minimum. Many times clients ask us to just come out and evaluate the situation and give our expert opinion. We can do a lot in an hour!

How long does it take to get an appointment?
Usually, we can get a Technician over to you in a few hours... sometimes merely minutes.
What are your hours of operation?
Digital Planet's store hours are
from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday thru Thursday and 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday.
Can I drop off my computer?
Yes, you can drop off your computer and one of our Techs will call you back to discuss your problems. You don't need an appointment or anything for drop offs.
What service area does Digital Planet cover?
We cover most of the North West suburbs in the Illinois area.
How long will it take you to fix my computer?
For drop off repair jobs we normally can fix it within 24 hours depending on the situation. It may take longer if we have to order any parts.
I've got a Laptop, can you help?
Yes, if its software related problem we can fix it within 24 hours but if its hardware we might need to order the part and will take longer depending on the situation.

Do you work on printers?
Yes, but often we have to send the printer back to the manufacturer for warranty repair on extreme technical problems.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Payment is expected at the time of service or on-site pickup.

Absolutely! We offer 1 on 1 software training right on the spot. Call us for more details.

Yes, we can setup an exchange server so you can start sending out emails more professionally.
